Thanks for the update and groundwork done. It looks real this thing is taking shape. A friend has some land and had wanted to dispose off, but he is being advised to wait a little longer.

A would give same advice the same if you got no hurry as they are still cheap.The current going price per acre should be the going price per plot in 2-3 years.One caution though should the Govt issue titles to the vast land(locally called witemere) to the locals as promised the expected rise should be dumpened.Should he insist on selling am interested hunderwear(AT)gmaildot com
