don't forget we have the religious extremists from all religions who will kill in the name of their god.

Reasoning makes no sense to them, they will shout hoarse and rush to pelt anyone who disagrees with them with stones and praise their god while doing it.

Let's take the example of Caster Semenya,if she has sex with a guy will it not be considered 'gay'?

Why would any person make their life more 'miserable' by becoming gay unless there is something that compels them to feel attracted to people of the same sex?

What comes naturally to you when you see an attractive woman is the same way these human beings feel towards people of the opposite sex.

If someone is not forcing you to be gay,not hitting on you and just living their life, what right do you have to condemn them and infringe on their rights?

The fact is the world is not so black and white,it comes in many colors,it's just that simple people choose not see it that way

Ok Fundaah, point taken....Is fellatio between two legally married (in church) consenting adults acceptable according to the Bible? I won't mind a biblical quote declaring otherwise. And if so,does it mean truly practising christian couples should just be doing missionary (man on top) because it seems to me that even contemplating a style like doggy between the said couples is a sin!

If there are fakes in the church, then whom shall we turn to as sinners? I can't,for example, tell whether Mavuno has fake pastors or not,not that I heard the BJ thing there.

That said,I'm naive about a lot of things biblical so kindly indulge me. My apologies if I sound condescending/patronising/disparaging,I just want to know what's accepatble and what is not when it comes to some of these things. Knowledge is power.

@redpill - trust me,i have been round the block and have heard quite an earful of pro-theists and anti-theists and everything in between in my short life. and this is not a bible quoting competition cause its not my thing. i am not trying to impose any religion on anyone because frankly i am not overly religious myself.

all i am saying is that sometimes persons that oppose mainstream religion or encourage going back to traditional beliefs can get quite manipulative, condescending and pontificating themselves. which is the exact same thing they accuse the religious folks of. no single person's belief including anyone who claims not to believe in anything can lack grounds for doubt. i do not condone homosexuality but i will not lynch anyone because of it. maybe just keep off. on the other hand,do not demonize my belief that it is evil as far as I am concerned simply because it is not what you believe. the freedom of expression and lifestyle applies both ways.

na umekataa kusema what you do believe in. are you afraid that even what you believe may not necessarily stand the test of history? sema tu.

seems there are so many gay Kenyans out there! With over 3500 views and 187 responses, this is a fairly hot topic. And if you check the comments on the nation website, you'd be shocked!

@Jangwa,are you hard of hearing (or reading in this case)? I said I do not have a belief in anything. Give me hard facts, and I will believe. Belief is to ignore the facts, intentionally or ignorantly. Just read up your history (hint:Galileo) and you will see what I mean.

@TheRedpill...alright lets talk about your facts

Fact 1: Where did you come from? -how were you created and by what or whom

Fact 2: What gives you life every morning?

Fact 3: Where did the creation come from?

Whatever the answers above that is what you believe in.. i mean you must believe in something even atheist do believe in something you know.

Kwani you must believe in something, even lies, for you to live? But we are digressing - the question gay-badgers haven't answered yet is - Why advocate the jailing, lynching and killings of gays for no other reason than the fact you don't agree with what they do? You can't see how illogical that is?

Yes malimingi ....You must believe in something even if that something is yourself..your mali mingi.....money talent....otherwise what is your purpose of living?

This has nothing to do with passion for gay/lesbianism. It's about protecting the freedom and lives of fellow human beings from people who desire to jail, lynch and kill them SIMPLY because they do something the bashers don't like.

@malimingi - dont you think you are exaggerating? i can easily count the people here who have advocated outright lynching. and they are in the minority. i am not siding with the church folks but this is the manipulation i was referring to...

@malimingi

mmmmh, yeah, your passion to 'defend their rights and protecting their lives' is unquestionable.... but anyhow, lets just say,its a normal world, they will get over it but for now, they will have to make do with their lives in the hiding and stop forcing their lifestyles down our throats seeking approval.

Gays and lesbians are not trying to force their lifestyles down your throat. They are simply asking that they be let to live their lives in peace without fear of jail (ask gays and lesbians in Egypt),lynchings and other kind of harassments.

nothing. what i have been saying here is that their living their lives is not contingent on me accepting it as normal. they can make their choices as two consenting adults but also allow everyone else who is disgusted with gay-ism to express their displeasure freely. as long as there is no lynching, killing of course. though i must say the temptation can get overwhelming. hahaha. just kidding.

after all, that is the beauty of the freedom of expression, isnt it?

if i say i dont accept it as natural,it does not mean i am advocating lynching or killing. let us not blow things out of proportion.
