Unlikely to go to 12, a tweety bird overheard; transaction already signed today! may explain about turn in price direction mid morning. activity could rise on Monday regardless on traders taking short term profits..

I thought the Update said Due Diligence, then Negotiations, then Price all running concurrent with approvals from authorities in the various countries KK operates in. So what has been signed? The shares are 'owned' in Kenya but the material change in ownership may be the critical factor here. Kenya Tanzania (who are always a pain) Uganda Rwanda Burundi Zambia DRC Mozambique (small presence) Looking at the list of countries in which KK operates gives one a warm feeling. The Takover Price has to reflect the potential.
