It's good you are having these feelings, its shows u r a normal human being.
U can solve this problem by guarding particularly your imagination. You are probably imagining about the qualities and quantities of this guy and now your heart mind and body wants to fill in that blank space of is he as good as he looks, sounds appears etc.
Reject all these thoughts the moment they get into your mind and probably all instances of your mind wandering about anything except positive things of your work, family etc.
Being 30 something I expect that experience etc has taught u that men are all the same and women are all the same offcourse with some variations.
There is therefore nothing new(i.e positive) you are going to get from this colleague of yours.
Finally look for positive ways of expressing your feelings to your Loved ones. Eg: To keep your mind occupied constructively think of the treat you will be giving your family this end month weekend. some special meal an outing a small present for each of them etc.

Thank you @kaka, very practical & real. The problems is, when these feelings come they can be overwhelming.

Just an update, this guy rarely comes to the office but for the last two days he's been here, i've had a mad crush on him. I suspect he also too...the is a katension in the room. The problem is, we are only the two of us in the room so here is what i'am doing to survive.
1. Keeping the door open (so i don't pounce, hehe)
2. Saying shidwe every now & then (to chase the devil away)
3. Meditating on scripture

So far so good...

Don't waste your time suffering. Talk about it first then bang each other seriously.

Its always not that serious once you do it

@Mshindi, how is the bedroom situation at home? Dire?

Oh how I miss @Mwende. She would have given you super advice about caves, mangoes and eye candy. smile
Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.
