KK is a good business as a going concern,the takeover just an icing on the cake.Below my buying price cap i will do a nice top up.

I wish the 10% rule had been lifted today, i buy at an irrational price, before rationality resumes. Anyway may still get that opportunity. I see an out of court settlement personally, it is an internal matter after all, if the principals really want this they'll solve it. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Guys are buying this counter for all the wrong reasons. It's what Americans used to call 'the sure thing'. When you see many people scampering for the same opportunity, look elsewhere.

Momentum investing...playin supply vs demand of a stock.. ... over last 3 months KK had gained about 40%... a return level very few are willing to keep holding vs a price fewer still are risking to take.. ...pending sell orders yesterday pegged at "market price" were first in today..making it a buyers market considering buyers quoted low buy price.. ..nothing to do with company.. jus market dynamics.. ..Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven...Matt5:16
