I'm i the only one who sees an opportunity to buy more when the share falls back down? I think it will come down to how much do Puma want this deal. If they really do, this is not a major set back. The takeover was going too smoothly to be true, there's always a catch, snag or resistance. Lets see how far the fear will grip the streets, expect even some irrationality, strike swiftly at the right time. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Now, these workers have a good case and have managed to stop the takeover process. Learned friends in the house, give us your views on the most likely outcome(s) going forward
