There is nowhere in your link that talks about NSSF seeking a board seat at KCB, although if true, that's a sign of confidence on Roar!

what is the benefit of NSSF being in any board?
they were accused by bamburi of not attending board meetings. and also look at their input in NBK. Only plus is that they require dividends to service pensioners and therefore they can force companies to pay dividends
