Acting CMA CEO Picked

I wonder who will be eventually picked as the new CEO! Our bourse as of now needs to be taken to the next level in terms of diversification in investment opportunities offered and financial instruments traded. The guy picked should be one who can balance protection of shareholders wealth versus creation of too many restrictions that might bar companies from either listing or floating financial instruments so as to raise funds.

I thought they would inject new blood by getting an outsider, somebody from the corporate world who should have been ruthless to clean the esisting mess. By picking an insider, it will be business as usual.

@King G its on an acting capacity...if am not wrong he wasnt part of those interviewed for the job plus you have to have 10 years experience in a senior management position to be the CEO,which I dont think he has...

Maka, he was among those interviewed even without the required experience. He will continue acting till the day he gets enough experience... Thats Kenya for you!
