Going by some definitions of 'carnal knowledge' (which is the term used in Kenyan law) below,it seems that even oral sex is criminalised alongside sodomy. The crimes are all bunched up under a title 'unnatural offences'. Is there any lawyer here who can help us to untangle this?
See section 162 of the Kenyan Penal Law:

162. Any person who:
(a) has carnal knowledge of any person against the order of nature; or
(b) has carnal knowledge of an animal; or
(c) permits a male person to have carnal knowledge of him or her against the order of nature,
is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for fourteen years.

The definition sometimes includes a set of sex acts that include sodomy and/or oral sex.
