How much is a lawyer worth really?

Is it right to pocket Ksh 900,000 out of Ksh 1.4 million compensation for a man who lost his hand?

No wonder lawyers refused the two tier payment system where there are two cheques; one for fees and the other for the client.
Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.

some of them are just thieves. we need to know who that lawyer was and shame him thoroughly. i read that article and felt like looking for that lawyer and strangle him... what is LSK stand on this matter??

@mpenzi... can a bill for such a case go that high??
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

Lawyers...damn them! He is lucky he got that much...Majority of them pocket everything...no conscience at all...dead completely.

corruption is both ways ..lawyers should also undergo vetting
I suspect it was the lawyer's idea to sue right from the start .they have been known to hang around emergency wards in hospitals

No wonder Sharks don't eat lawyers out of professional courtesy. i.e they are in the same profession.
