Where do you hear that from? Already 273,000 shares traded & the demand at 15.75 is strong. 70,000 shares demand at 15.75 & higher as I type this.

At 15.65 (yesterday's closing price) & higher, the demand is 120,000

Well, that's not what you said. Anyway, the price seems rising & will close over 16/- it seems.
Since many (including @stockmaster who picked 16-18) feel the buyout will be at 17/-, then why pay 17 for a buyout a few months from now?
*BTW, I think it will be 20 per Kestrel but short of cash*
