@2012 We can also say IED's, grenades, guns used in Iraq, Afghan and possibly the carnage in Syria are small devices and part of realism and politics of the day. After all in all those instances the devices (guns, grenades, IED's) are concealable weapons and hardly detectable. Very different from scud missiles and atomic bombs for which we employ our police to protect us against and so lets not condemn ourselves or the police at least we know they are preventing atomic bombs and scud missiles from landing on us from the skies.
Ignoring crazed shootings, because in the states guns are licensed to citizens, how many grenade attacks or IED's have gone off in the United Status over the past 24 months. Well in Kenya we should be soon approaching 20. Or are grenades not concealable in states? mmmhh
We employ our policemen to protect us against these grenades and similar weaponry and not to protect us from missiles and other bigger things. Look if they can't pick the grenade carrying shabaab what bigger things are you talking about!
