I'm driving down Waiyaki way. I see a fellow driving with his whole head out in the rain. I'm like wtf? Then I realize his wipers are not working. I tell my self; Here is a thought, How about you stop the car till it stops raining? What's worse, his car is left handed so the head is on the path of speeding trailers!

And we were complaining when we were told about "our" primitive energy?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Common sense would be to stop the car and wait for the rain to stop.There are trucks that wont start if the driver has exceeded a certain limit of alcohol..think its 2 pints.They should also build cars that can detect careless drivers

but on serious note, drivers often forget to check their windshield wipers. I once missed an important function, spent some 4 hours at a roadside coz wipers werent working.
