Am quite shocked at how some here have low opinions of themselves. That someone who has some decent education can actually say Africans are immoral...SMH .
The earlier we liberate our minds from this mzungu the better for us.

No one think what the minister said is ok and focusing on that and ignoring factors that lead him to group us with prostitute is self-defeating.

We can all scream at him and he might apologies about it but that doesn't change what people think about us. Yes we're leading in HIV and thats one of the factors that lead him to group us in that grouping, no one can answer why HIV spread faster in Africa than any other continent, why?

Two issues here that are getting mixed up. And the agents of confusion are not making it clearer in day out. What is the point of opposing just for the sake of opposing? To ratchet up post numbers?

One: The comments from that European is inexcusable.

Two: Blaming the European for ones unrestrained personal & irresponsible sexual behavior that makes one infected with HIV is air-headed.

The things we are smoking as we hum Bob are clouding his message. When we are told our sexual behavior and encounters are not helping the situation we yelp 'we are emancipated from the European!' while shaking our heads.

Where do we put our house in order? In our music players?

You need education about it? Have you not heard? Have you not seen? Do you not know? Which hole have you been under?

Do you know you can get it also via sharing hypodermic needles as the (surprise!) addicts do.

But then again, are you also, um, too emancipated and highly virtuous to admit that, right?
