No bonus. No dividend. RI soon?

It harsh on the investors. But i understand the no dividend part, most of their profits are from valuations.

I have always looked at centum as a way to diversify my holdings into areas that i cannot access. but they have continually keep on posting erratic results. that coupled with no dividends, paltry bonus when they are announced, lack of capital appreciation etc i am seriously thinking about moving to the insurance industries.... AKA JUBILEE or BTAK. If we are all waiting for land to reach the optimum values , then lets go for other people who have land in their portfolios

Its common knowledge my friend. They hold real estate investments, and equity(shares) in several companies.

After disposing most of the shares they used to hold in the NSE to venture in real estate this are the results.now there are no more shares to dispose.
Expect first half performance for 2012/2013 to be much lower than last year.

More than 50% drop. They shouldn't have disposed the quoted shares they have. The company is nearly going burst.Real estate is a slow project that takes time. They should do the projects in bits/small phases Pan African Insurance style.
There is no hurry in real estate so long as u have the land and plan.

maybe its easier to take in coz im not a shareholder. however take a look at how your porfolios performed last year. it was a tough year. i like the 24% offshore investment plan. a portfolio shrinks once in a while even on paper.the believers will be rewarded in future. but i wouldn't expect this to be a dividend stock even after the 4 yr plan elapses, it's money working for money.
