@ Obi

I'm not dissing him, what i'm dissing is the nortion that only a diasporan can save Kenya from self destructing. Lets see what platform he campaigns on,if he comes with that condescending diasporan mentality of know-it-all,then he is in for a surprise.

Furthermore,Kenyans love their politicians dirty, crooked and corrupt. They will take his money and then they will proceed to vote in their tribal chief. So unless Mr. Olekina here wants to swim in the filth that is Kenyan politics,he better save his time and money.

As much as I would encourage him to go on with his plans he should show us his nationalistic outlook.

Why is he a member of 'Young Maasai facebookers' rather than 'Young kenyan facebookers'. Id now see him a maasai leader to fight with the known luo, kikuyu, luhya etc leaders.

With that said I encourage him to first run for MP.

it is good to see young kenyans coming up and taking interest in leadership of this country. We have left it so much to just a few families and next of kins, friends and rich friends that we think we cant have someone who does not come from such connections... We said we needed a change in 2002 and we got it - at least it was a change. but only time has shown us we only changed clothes and nothing inside. right now,we are in so much mess because 3 grown up men can not decided who takes a position in parliament, and they are in verge of bringing the country into a stand still just to sooth their personal egos..... Honestly,if i get someone new,and he has better ideas for kenya,i will so surely vote for them.... I am not voting anyone who has been in kenyan politics for decades.... not one of them! What more convincing do we need to realise that we have been taken for a ride this long!!!

We need a new start. The spirit of a new kenya in 1963 must be rekindled. We need to go back to where Kenyans worked for their country and everyone was proud of our country. We need to go back to when Kenyans looked at each other as fellow kenyans. We need to go back to the days people had to earn their keep. With our current crop of politicians, this is not possible. Let us encourage others to join the race lest our country will never heal. Let us litsen to them. Go for it!

The young needs to show more of his face to the wanjiku's of this world to get recognition, ineternet ni mzuri lakini in Kenya we still need one to be out there doing his things right!!!!

We should be encouraging more people to come out and we chose the one with the best ideas and vision for Kenya. GO go Ledama go. Lets here what you have to offer.

It's sad to see that the first thing some people see is that he is from the diaspora..I what short sightedness..in my view step up or shut up!!
