I am assuming this being village there is some space for the house to spread? Then there is no point in building nyumba ya gorofa! It is quite more costly cause of the sturdy foundation you have to lay, and the steel strengthened pillars! Ask the @4architect dude.
Unless prestige trumps costs in your order of priorities?
