Hii news imenikasirisha sana because IT IS NOT NEWS.
Some rich private white man just landed on ngwacis causing the whole of central province security detail to rush to the scene to see a mzungu and his two kids.
Am sure nobody paid attention to the destruction on the farm

Your post is post# 41. All post related to the said ngwaci landing helivits. And that's just wazua. That should tell you something.

On a serious note though, I'm sure it was somehow because of the Saitoti - Ojodeh helicopter crash. The journalist(s) probably wanted to highlight the level of air safety or lack of it thereof in Kenya but all this was lost to most!

wow ! they are taken to school by a chopper . thats very new !

I read on the Daily Nation a couple of years back about a fellow who lives in Naivasha or somewhere and his kids school in Nairobi. He has a plane - not chopper - that flies the kids to and from Wilson every day from where they are driven to School. The car is stationed permanently in Nairobi to drive them to and from the airport.

What's more, that was not even the story. It was a small part of the story.

And @magigi is busy walking all over his fellow villagers just because he bought a probox! Watu wanfaa watembee wajionee - na watulize boli!

When do the children ever have the time to play cha mama and mold some cows using black cotton soil?

How true!!!

As @guka said, those kids will get home before yours get to Kariobangi. As to whether they play cha mama na cha baba online when they get home or play some nice old physical games is another story.

What is the commercial name of that ka Helivitz?

It's a Hughes 500 model. Costs just about Ksh 40m (used).

@jaggernaut - 40m is totally misleading. You need upwards of $600,000 (Ksh. 50m) to get yourself a second hand 5 Seats Hughes manufuctured in 1980!!! And that is minus taxes and shipment!

You would need aprox. 100m before you can fly a 30 year old Hughes to you village!
