This is far more than 25% decline in profit. What actions can cma/nse take when such rules are blatantly violated?

Is this the only way to contact CMA? No twitter or any other means? Such a shame CMA. Then the option is to flood the queries towards NSE. Their twitter handle is the best @NSEKenya

I wonder why CMA is not on twitter. @the deal has raised the matter with NSE via their twitter handle. .... Am sure CMA & NSE are in great shock at such blatant abuse of the rule book

That 12.25 guy has led the trend. i am now seeing a 12.70. a 10.00 is realistic by weekend.

I couldn't help noticing the NAV is 20.57. Several undervalued real estate projects. Very promising prospects in the years to come. I like this company. The EPS dip is temporary(even if it will take two years to get back to fy 2011 EPS). For those serious, an opportunity to buy it on the cheap may be upon you.

I am leery of valuing Real Estate at times.
1) What criteria used?
2) Is there a market for the land or is it a bubble?
3) See USA where it was all up, up & up then CRASH...
