40% down and they cant give us a profit warning. regulations have to come into play. somebody is sleeping in cma and nse. ama ni ju nse is headed by a former centum guy

This is far more than 25% decline in profit. What actions can cma/nse take when such rules are blatantly violated?

@ mwekez@ji - i guess the most cma/nse can do is to fine them for flouting rules nothing more.
