Exactly. Overheard in a matatu two women talking about Martha Karua, "Huyu Karua ako na kimbelembele. Ataweza kweli? Mdomo mwiingi etc". I just looked at those women and wondered. And I think majority would not want to see their own progress. So sad.
Just because they are women they should not have an unflattering opinion about a fellow woman?
You sure think weird. It was the manner in which they said it - like a woman can't lead! How do I think weird?
Shenz.You are disgusting! repulsive!
Well in your first post you never mentioned their attitude to be the deciding factor in why you 'looked at those women and wondered' and ultimately decided that a majority of women would not want to see their own progress.
Still it is interesting that you can deduce from the manner that random women express their opinion that they believe a woman can't lead. Did you happen to also witness them talk about say Peter Kenneth or Tuju in a different manner?
I said you think weird coz from your post it seemed that you expect women to have herd mentality when it comes to supporting fellow women, regardless of their personal feelings and opinions about them, just because they are women.
From your response I have seen nothing to change my opinion.
