an eight acre plot is being sold at 280k, in kcb~2km from kangundo rd. is it a fair price, and what are the land prices in isinya?~about a km from the main rd. @marty @property zote@alibaba and anyone else.

@Kyt on the Kangundo rd plots all i can tell you is that i know Jogoo Sacco bought 1/8th 7 km from tarmac(off KBC) for 150K like 1 yr ago. I hope this helps you figure out the place.

What is the price on the ones Daykio sold around that area?
