true but think the money factor and weapons. these small fish probably had no intentions or means to do these evil until a big fish brought in weapons and funds to "incite" them.

You are right. It was the means that was lacking till it was provided.

Tell that to Kipkemboi who faces life in prison. No intentions cannot pass as an excuse in justice. They definitely had intentions, maybe not the means.

@ lol, can't agree more....
.....the only weapon for rape is one,the pine,they even inserted bottles which were not provided by the politician.
....everyone in the village owns a panga,they should have used them for farming not maiming and killing.

.....citizens of Kenya must learn to think before they act on behalf of a politician, so let them small fish fry too
