Its behind the Whistling thorns camp site. All the raods are under construction by the seller so smooth tarmac and street lights all the way. Works have already began.
They cost Ksh 2,500,000. Very good concept my good friends.

Give us the coordinates on google maps so that we can see the area. This is how you do it:

-go to google maps
-zoom on the area where the plots are located
-right click on the area
-on the menu that appears, select 'what's here?' and a green arrow appears
-the coordinates for the location appear on the navigation bar. Alternatively hover the mouse over the green arrow and it shows the location coordinates
-post those coordinates for us to see the area

The price of 2.5 M is on the higher side for that location. That is the price for an acre in a good location within that area.

@Gathige...the cheapest land in that location 1/2 acre costs Ksh 2 mio. These plots are selling for more because they are in a gated fully serviced community.
@Bachuma...you are right, laying the tarmac is definitely part of the reason the plots are selling at a higher price as the value of property in that area will spike up.
