No, I'm not marketing....

I just stumbled onto this site myself earlier today (well placed ad on bdafrica).

Good concept, but that 10% management fee is ridiculous.

Awaiting wazuans comments.

I guess dividends would depend on how many 'shares' bought. But I agree with you, they should at least put the projected rental income.

Seems that it would be something to take up during a housing bubble, but not on a downturn.

Seems workable but would need to be regulated by CMA to protect the investors.
