I would have wanted to see post rights percentage holding of the following groups:

1. Local Institutions
2. Foreign Institutions
3. Local Individuals
4. Foreign Individuals

Overall, I see government was forced to take its full entitlement of the rights to save KQ on achieving the minimum subscription rate of 70%. I think KLM was unable to do the same because of the Euro woes. The Euro woes must have also kept other Euroland investors away.
