I got 12 plots with ready near Kitengela Township. Had 16,4 already gone late Dec. 1km from the township directly opposite yukos. Price is 400k o.n.o. 0722962627. Also a quarter acre opp EPZ at 700k in a very nice location.

Anyone out there with an idea as to how much plots at Utawala (embakasi about 100M from the bypass) are currently going for? Size 75X50 feet. Let me know who much pre bypass construction and post bypass constriction costs will be.

Refer to an earlier post i had done (plots 4 sale Kitengela).Those have titles but the price is now 350k New Valley.Actually that price is good and are few remaining.
