45 minutes surely ???? Is that sufficient time to

1) Park and leave your car
2) (Maybe) queue at the cash till to make your order
3) Wait for the order for X Minutes
4) Collect your order
5) Wash hands
6) Eat your food with friend(s) or family
7) (Maybe) wash hands afterwards

Maybe the Pizza Inn guys figured that they have too many customers so they need to get 'creative' about reducing the number.

Now not to mention that finding two tires deflated would make one worry security wise.

So another NO NO for me - in fact I'd be hesitant to go to *any* Pizza Inn.

wwjd you are a very sober guy.

the watchie has no fault, he was only following the supervisors instructions.

The supervisor is obviously short of thinking capacity. You should have had him arrested for willing destruction of property. He has no right to touch your car. even clamping it would require that he proves that you overstayed.

Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.

d'oh! So if the watchie had been asked to break the windscreen that exactly what he would have done? This security firms should train their staff to use common sense. Sio mambo ya kuwafanyisha 'right, left right, left...haya wafula chikako ii rungu, kutoka sasa we ni koporo'

And I have just removed this joint from a list of my favorite fast food joints with my daughter.
Luckily, I have always parked there but have never experienced the same.

This shows how a security guard, "people of high energy but low understanding" can destroy your business. We should name and shame such companies like Lavington guards. I hope the owner of that Pizza inn joint is reading this and kick out the security company. His millions he put into the joint may go down the drain coz of the unprofessional manner the watchmen are behaving.

@WWJD,

I wish you post this to twitter though a will also do it.

Im a very regular customer of this joint and when i read about this, I went to enquire what actually happened. One pub attendant who knows what happened said that the said customer whose tyres were deflated didnt even enter the restaurant. He packed and went on his way. The security guard talked to him and he talked rudely.
Im a loyal customer here and I have never seen anything like this happen. Customers time is not limited and once you have packed to have a meal at the restaurant, you can even spend more than 4 hrs there.
My fellow friend, WWJD, from what Ive heard, just packs his car and goes for his errands and comes back.
We should stop this, as it is ruining the good name to a restaurant that values their customers. As far as im concerned this whole story is a BIG FABRICATION.
My dear friend, WWJD, lets clear this with the management and they have also talked to the security team and will see what to do about this.

you must be part of the management of that place and have just registered to defend the actions of the rogue watchman. That was totally a wrong approach and you can't justify what that watchie did

@Thiongo, thanks. At one point ofcourse i got annoyed for being tossed around and told the watchman am going to the cops and will write to innscor head office. but then i had to inflate the tyres hence destroying the evidence. The petrol station management was helpfull to some extent but apparently have no control over the askaris. apparently the security company supervisor i dealt with yesterday called me this morning wanting to know why i made this post (may be he is a wazuan!).

And what you are saying is that we have wazuans who actually think like this? Being a supervisor, shouldn't he have tried to look for better ways of handling issues than having their guards deflate people's vehicles? Isn't it his organisation that would be sued for such conduct? Isn't it his organisation that is having a bad reputation instead of their client? Do you think anyone looking for a serious organisation to provide security services would contact Lavington after reading such behaviors, whether instructed by a client or not? It is their personnel who are painted in bad light... Does it mean that if the security firm is ordered by the client to shoot passersby at sight they'd do the same? As someone said, they are lucky they were dealing with you.....

Thiong'o[/b]]@ WWJD I have picked this issue with the mgt of the petrol station; they acknowledge the problem but also say you were rude, disorderly and threatened the watchman.
