@holycow, i got angry but did not let the sun set in my anger. eventualy chose the second and better option - to forgive.

The power of information . Just imagine the effect. Me I'm out . Business reputation takes years to build but a careless workee can ruin it in one moment . That is why we need to train everyone in the company on customer care .
Peace be with you

WWJD=What Would Jesus Do?

So what would Jesus have done had he been in your situation? Probably whipped them like he did in the temple or asked his Father to "forgive them for they did not know what they were doing"

@Thiongo, thanks.At one point ofcourse i got annoyed for being tossed around and told the watchman am going to the cops and will write to innscor head office. but then i had to inflate the tyres hence destroying the evidence. The petrol station management was helpfull to some extent but apparently have no control over the askaris. apparently the security company supervisor i dealt with yesterday called me this morning wanting to know why i made this post (may be he is a wazuan!).

@ WWJD I have picked this issue with the mgt of the petrol station; they acknowledge the problem but also say you were rude, disorderly and threatened the watchman.

@Thiong'o - Are you serious. You find two of your tyres deflated by a fully grown man and you are supposed to stay cool. He's lucky he was dealing with @WWJD. If it was another person, he would have got one serious a$$ whooping! What's more, the watchie didn't deflate the tyres because of @WWJD "behaviour". It was the other way round.

The watchies/supervisor's/management reasoning is that of a retarded 3 month merino sheep. The watchie should at least carry a board with the car's number plate round the restaurant before taking any action - like clamping. Deflating tyres is zinjathropus like behaviour no matter the situation.

@WWJD - Repeat the post everywhere - facebook etc. Protect other Kenyans while teaching the management a lesson [an added bonus].
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Well said. Thats a no-go zone for me and mine as well. You just DO NOT do that. More of these should be dealt with. There was a case on facebook about red plate's occupant ramming into someone. The attention it got was enough to get this person to leave the country or something of the sorts. Its is NOT business as usual.

This is the fastest way to kill a good business. Most kenyan businesses have little or no customer service. ever wondered why multi nationals & serious corporates are now focusing on the customer and opening call centers/customer care centers left right & center?
