Of course kenyans have thronged the scene in their hundreds, nini mbaya na sisi jamani!?
In my uneducated opinion, I don't think it was a bomb - even most of the the mabatis are still in place in this old building, am speculating a bomb would have destroyed the building kabisaa so if the mabati sheets are still on it must mean its a low yield explosive consistent with a grenade (if at all - and that's my SPECULATION) or gas cylinder explosion or something else. Again it was not an incendiary device coz the fire was put off really fast.
Bad injuries though.

I heard it from Our Price opposite Jamia Mall...

Quite loud, though not to the level of the American Embassy one...
