I thot the money contributed towards this iniatiative goes towards covering medical expenses of those who cant afford and are in dire need of the treatment.

Its a shame for them to ask a kibera resident who earns 6K per month, got six children and the only bread winner to raise 200K,How on earth is he supposed to raise this?

I don't think and feel it was ryt for them to do so and yet the CEO didn't want to be interviewed in camera, why?

And why did that guy made SIX productive landings when he knew he was only earning 6K?
Somethings need to be looked at both angles,Mater is a private hospital in a Capitalist society not Socialist society.Theirs is to make money and more of it.

@impunity,blame the guy for making multiple landings without thinking of the consequences bt on the other hand, isn't the heart run supposed to be used to benefit those who can't afford the service and not to benefit mater

i totally agree . you donot even need to have attended those family planning programmes but just basic reasoning should tell the guy that his small salo cannot cater for a big family !

What criteria is used to determine who benefits from this?
Cz this baby(a friend's) was diagonised with Congenital Heart Defect " Trancus Arteriosus Type I- She is required to undergo an URGENT open heart... surgery at a cost that is way above what the family can afford.
I understand they give priority to emergency cases? since the list is long?
I wish she benefits from this cz she's living on borrowed time.
