Me too. I do not see anything wrong in what Dr Thakkar has to say. He is aware of the NHIF loopholes and he is throwing them at Kerich's face. And it may be helpful to remember that what Dr Thakkar is saying is what KEPSA/FKE have been saying all along.

its a tax haven with very very strict banking policies . you can put your money there and Kenya government will never know who its from because Kenyan law just applies to kenya and they cannot compel the new jersey guys to release the names of the kenyan bank a/c holders .

I don't think it's New Jersey but Jersey Island. It's like the Caymans, a heaven for money launderers.

They might have under=quoted the fund itself, it could have been kindu 2.0 B, who knows?But again we all care.

Well, when the thieves die, these accounts get frozen quickly and the monies are diverted for various developments. Thats why some of these countries are very rich and you never hear anything about them. Basically Africa is milking herself and all the milk is consumed by the west. if these thievies had 1/2 a brain they would invest this stolen money right here at home.
