So was this a phone tap? Because it sounds like it was tapped from Kerich's side. Is it even legal?
The one thing this tells me is Atwoli can be bought and is normally bought. He is just a hired gun.

That guy is weak. Weak weak weak. He is laughing like an idiot while he gets lectured like a small boy. How did he get to be CEO? Not a single bone of authority in him.

He was tapping the other guy.

He could have posed a confrontational attitude so that the other guy comes guns blazing and speaks his mind or seemed weak so that the other lets his guard down and speaks his mind.

@Kyt hurts terribly and the worst part is majority of thopse vying to lead this country have tarnished pasts,we never learn...I really dnt know whats wrong with some of us

Me too. I do not see anything wrong in what Dr Thakkar has to say. He is aware of the NHIF loopholes and he is throwing them at Kerich's face. And it may be helpful to remember that what Dr Thakkar is saying is what KEPSA/FKE have been saying all along.
Value for money.
