SIC is a well run organization; earning more than 30% ROI for it's members annually. They also buy land in bulk and sell to both members and non-members at very competitive rates. Have bough several parcels of land through them. Check the website for more infor. sic.co.ke

@luttz What procedure do they follow when someone is buying one of the plot they have subdivided and how long do they take to process the titles?

what was their dividend rate last year?

They say their Dividend last year was 42% !!.
I don't want to reach the end of my life and find I just lived the length of it.

I want to find I have lived it's breadth as well.

I have my doubts... We calculated the dividends paid to a friend who is a member of SIC and it was coming to about 35%... Also most Saccos declare earnings in two ways.. Interest on deposits and dividends on shares... there is no such structure in SIC
