Looking for bulk rice importers whom I can buy from in big quantities for distribution / retailing.

Mainly interest in:
basmati rice - 1121 Extra Long Grain, Super Kernel,PK 385

non-basmati rice- Long Grain IRRI-9 White and Long Grain IRRI-6 White Rice

any ideas?
When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

ammend the heading...wali is cooked rice...
rice=mchele.

may be you could check out in the rice mills near mwea rice growing area...kagio, kandongu, wangúru, ngurubani...at least from the local scene..
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...
