Watched the clip. the duration taken to charge is the one which is suspect here, otherwise nothing wrong with the charges. believe he was charged with the count of stealing alternative charge, handling stolen goods

If the guy bought a stolen phone, he should face the consequences. He should have known better!!!! What was so difficult in buying a phone from a shop with a genuine receipt? ( especially one worth over 100K) He would be in a much better position now.... Well as Michuki (RIP) said, 'If you rattle a snake, be prepared to be bitten'.... I feel very sad for the guy.

In kenya you can be arrested and any form of contraband somehow end up being the evidence against you so Ali's is better of! at least the media houses can make noise on his behalf!

The guy should be charged with handling stolen goods and he should be locked up to serve as an example to those who buy stolen items. KTN should be educating guys to respect the rule of law

he was undercover again? Then he did something illegal? The hunter became the hunted? What is that thing that if anything can go wrong they will go wrong?
