Pathological report now indicate that our undisputed star was killed and did not commit suicide/accident as earlier alleged by police!Who killed him and the police role in the whole issue are the questions that beg for answers.

the narratives given by the three stars, 3za, nduta and the watchman did not add up...too many holes....the events leading upto the athletes death were very clear...he was lured to his death....
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

Since day one when the news hit the streets,it was quite clear for a sober mind that some things we were being fed, were simply not adding up.That was why many of us asked so many questions persistantly. Our Police were not helpful either. They either dont know their job or were seriously compromised. This case needs to be given the seriousness it deserves..A young promising Kenyan lost his life in unclear circumstances....even when the mother complained bitterly,no one has been listening. You accuse her unfairly..what was she supposed to do? Just accept that her son had died??just like that??maybe even the 'chips funga' story is a lie??Maybe it was all part of the plan ..I think its time the CID took over the case.....ama kazi yao ni gani???....NKT NKT..Not talking where are those investigative reporters kina Alan Namu & co..???
Hope is not a strategy

I did write here in wazua that the pathologists observations were indeed correct even visiting the crime scene, while many here in wazua even without basic medical knowledge were quick to dismiss the pathologists line of duty in visiting crime scene.
I observed in another thread that for one to throw blood from noses n ears, one ought to have been hit from the back bursting capillaries forward, this has been proved when pathologists questioned the injury at the back of head.

this shows us we should always trust our mothers instincts. if it wasn't for Sams mother we were all duped including the police by this 3 stars

THE THREE STARS MUST BE ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY!!!!

this case just shows the police for what they really are. their investigative skills are totally non-existent. even wanjiru's mother showing blood stains on the floor of the bedroom..... i thought the crime scene should have been closed off to everyone.
sadly, i doubt we will get to the bottom of this. govt pathologist, police, no one can be trusted......

A Dutch writer smells a rat in the Wanjiru case

http://www.nation.co.ke/...4/-/b35fvc/-/index.html
Quote:

How come Terezah, Nduta and the watchman were never thoroughly interrogated?
One time Terezah says she discovered Sammy and Nduta in the living room, next time it is the bedroom. Which is the truth?
Terezah says she only knew the next day her husband died. But two witnesses (independent from each other) told the author that they found her at the police station 20 minutes after Wanjiru’s death.
How come Terezah was not aware of the fall of her husband? She could not have been far and round that time of the night it is very quiet.
Terezah is not very clear on the reason why she wanted Sammy to come back to Nyahururu. First she says it was about dowry payment, then to ‘take her to hospital’, and lastly she wanted them to discuss about an investment in a transport firm.
Terezah is not very clear on when she came back from Nairobi. And why would she come to hospital in Nyahururu when there are better facilities in Nairobi where she was?
Where did the blood in the bedroom come from? Whose was it and did detectives carry out any tests?
Why did the police do such shoddy investigation?
How come the watchman knows nothing? He claims he knew of the events when he saw Wanjiru under the balcony. Strange, if the story of Terezah is true, there was a lot of shouting before.
How come the watchman did not see Nduta in the car when Sammy wanted to enter the compound? The star stopped at the gate and asked him if Terezah was home.
Why was Terezah insisting on the funeral? Why not wait till the investigation was finished and the results were published then she would have been off the hook for good?
Why are the authorities not cooperating with Sammy’s mother, Hannah, push for more investigation?

While this would possibly indicate that Triza knew more than she revealed, the Nation summary of incidents indicates that Wanjiru was heavily drunk earlier that evening and had gotten suicidal to a point of threatening he would jump down Thompsons Falls.

Reminds me of the intriguing play ''DIRTY, SEXY MONEY'' staged by the Festival of Creative Arts. The act aptly captured what happens in situations like this.
