Hey guys, i like someone to enlighten me on something here. Is there really a chemical that washes money. Here is the reason why am asking this:
Recently i bounced into several 1000 ksh. notes i.e unfinished.(they are white, but when u look at them against the light, u can see clearly the features of a 1000 bob note). Then am told that there is a chemical that when u use it, its gonna change it to a real note. So what is this chemical and where can i find it?

Help me pls. I know this is illegal but man must survive by whatever means...
