Now who authorised the disburment of millions of youth money to KUSCCO yet it had failed the eligibilty test? They weren't supposed to be given money!!!

KUSSCO could not account for 150 m allocated for youth groups and they still wanted more??
So which 'GHOST' groups are these which benefited from goverment money?
It pains cz this goverment money doesn't trickle down to the genuine youth groups in the villages.

Surely will we ever progress with such ghostly nonsense?
Why this Insatiable appetite for money?


I was very shocked to here that the registrar of companies never investigate foreign companies before issuing papers!!!!Still reeling from this.
It's no wonder we have stolen money being wired to foreign based companies but managed from this end.
