Dear Mr. Mastermind,

Thank you for your email.

All CfC Stanbic Financial Services agents have been allowed to conduct business on behalf of the organization and are bound by the organization code of ethics.

Please note that the All deposits to buy shares are to be made to any of our CFC Stanbic bank branches. Our bank account number remains unchanged. The agent does not hold any cash on behalf of the client. The payments are also processed by us. The agent facilitates the process of transactions only.

In case of any disagreement with the agent the complaint can be forwarded to us and the issue will be addressed accordingly.

Our online share trading platform is working many of our clients are executing a lot of orders using the platform. The problem could be the internet provider that you are using.

All our clients are valued and is our pleasure to serve you better.

Please be advised that we have upgraded and renamed our website to:-www.cfcstanbic.co.ke

instead of using this http://www.csfs.co.ke/activelite/
i advise you to use : http://www.csfs.co.ke/clientInterface[/color. Don't know why but it works

Active lite is a direct link to the nse. You can see live quotes, match your orders and transact there and then.

Orders on the client interface on the other hand are loaded into the nse twice a day and queued for execution.

SIB a few pointers. very good research dept.
why is it that all national and international journals quote Eric musau. why only him he's from SIB.

also why are they always involved in rights issue and other stock actions . do they always get them by merit or current regime gives goodwill. could this change in another regime?

otherwise no qualms bout them.

Dyer and Blair handled the government placement in Kenya Power’s Sh9.5 billion rights issue as lead broker, SIB handled the placement of principal shareholders in the right issues of Standard Chartered Bank (Sh2.5 billion), KCB (Sh5.5 billion) and Housing Finance (Sh2.3 billion)—making it the biggest beneficiary of the seven issues that have happened since 2008.

I find it very fishy, others have noted
The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Something is telling me that one of the CFC agents is cashing on my money by giving me false reasons as to why they can not effect my orders. Their OST platform has not been working for me for the last ten days. Can someone please advice on the way forward since I can not access my account online and am out of physical reach.

That ActiveLite link should be secure so the link should be:
