Its an analysts opinion, having looked at the charts. Apparently the analyst is from SIB your broker...

“Sh17 is really the minimum price at which Puma Energy would be expected to buy the firm. But then, this valuation is based on the current operations and a takeover price could be higher,” said Mr Musau.

As Kestrel is the lead broker, I think it goes without saying that, that is the bare minimum expected.

However, am I the only one here thinking that in a proper bull market KK shareholders are able to get much much more for their shares? These guys shouldn't just be able to get the company on the cheap.

But what can a minority shareholder do?Sad

And I have to say, once again, by suspending KK, the CMA have failed to grasp the idea of what Capital Markets are all about, and what drives them. SHOCKING!

After reading and re-reading the press releases, journals and past deals of Puma energy, i have come to the conclusion that
They want to buyout the whole company.

This is good for minority shareholders like myself no.95...
I only hope that the Kay Kay board and top shareholders don't screw us because im seeing this going the single offer way, or top shareholders one, offer minorities another offer.
either way we will make money.
Already re-arranging my 2 year plan as KK was(stress on the was) 40% of my portfolio.
any suggestions will be much appreciated.

happy hunting indeed.

Valuing KK on a EPS & hence P/E basis is a gross under estimation. #StayTuned

Yup...all we have to do is sit back, concern ourselves with the final success of the deal (if any), accept the outcome & move on.

KK vs KQ or Naikuni vs Segman so as long as Segman doesn't have a side deal with Puma, he will want the highest price for KEKE shares coz he has 70mn+ options [See annual report] now compare to Naikuni who has ZERO
