Today on my way to work I noticed a very interesting scenario.
Traffic Cops have become clever.They know you guys carry hidden cameras for exposing them.
Now,the ones on the route I use have decided to 'employ' day agents on their behalf.
A mat is stopped,cop pretends hes lecturing the driver,in the meantime a civilian and shabbily dressed fellow approaches tout and he's chaid.
The cop collects his dues after the mat is gone.
I bet agent is given some commission and reports for duty same time as cop.
A friend once told me how she visited her cop cousin.On realising there was no milk in the house,the cop asked them to give him 30 min and he will be back.He went to the road,stopped mat,worked up some charges and was paid.
Milk was delivered on time.
He was very proud of what he had done for his family.
