Hi,
Looking at the bamburi counter i believe it will soon take off..it rose by 2.097% to trade at 146 on Friday and took a stable position today, what are we we expecting in the coming days?
Have a look at the following analysis

Athi river seems unstoppable. Just keeps going up like the energizer bunny.

ARM has a P/E of 15.95 and EAPC is 12.68 while that of bamburi is 9.88, this clearly shows that bamburi is the cheapest and will rally to an estimated price of 187.

There is the 750k tonnes plant in Dar which, I think, has just come online

In September 2012, there will be a 1.5 million plant commissioned in Tanga.

Couple that with the beginning of production in a factory in South Africa by 2013.

Very bright future. Maybe Aliko Dangote will pull a buy out ala Puma on ARMLaughing out loudlyLaughing out loudlyLaughing out loudly

I know. what an aggressive company. The tororo plant must be another competitor of Bamburi in Uganda

Looking at the financials for both ARM & bamburi; ARM has heavily borrowed unlike bamburi where they source internally i.e from the Group(Lafarge) this i believe will have an impact in the long run especially with the high interest rates.
