As you know,I moved from Zain Internet a few weeks ago.

The biggest reason for my move was not the slow speeds

It was data theft!!

I noticed that every time I bought a 150MB bundle,it expired when my counter [on the 'Mobile Partner'] was showing only 100MB used.

I complained to them three times and they did nothing. Eventually one their bosses called me to explain that there could be something wrong with my counter....some long,unconvincing story about browser compressions etc!!!

Saw I got to other counters from the internet and they also tallied with the reading on my 'Mobile Partner'.

Now I am on orange and their reading corresponds to mine right down to the last byte!

If you are using Zain pre-paid internet,watch out. They are stealing 33% of your data!!!

Now I want to forward my communication with them to CCK and see what happens.

I wouldnt be surprised. I have a post paid line on club 20,and Zain still charges me for sms. Every month I have to battle it out with customer service to get a refund.

They have now started those dirty tricks on pre-paid lines also. They debit you the 20/= in the morning,then go ahead and start charging you for sms sent.

Desperate ways of stealing from the public.

@cxz;

That's exactly what I did.

Every time I purchased a bundle,I'd check the balance and zero the counter. Then wait until it is exhausted....lo and behold,three times in a row,the 150MB bundles would expire while counter reads a total {up+down} of about 105MB.

I gave up on them and moved on to the competion!

safom are the experts on data theft. however,zain is at the bottom of the pile in service delivery as far as data is concerned.
