Rank: Veteran Joined: 7/8/2008 Posts: 947		@hooverrl/ Ryan I like your thinking. Your measure though would make sense if the GDP growth was focused industry focused. For example Kenyans 5% growth is currently driven by horticulture, tourism and finance. The P/E/G ratio would make sense to compare the P/E ratio of the industries that drive the growth. Another example of not applying the whole index to your P/E/G ratio is Ghana. The 7% growth is tame for given that they are now oil producers and had a 13% growth in 2011. Most if this growth is in oil, gold and Cocoa driven therefore your PEG ratio would make o much sense in this industries. I think this is still an interesting view of the next growth areas in Africa.
