Who is to Blame?

I have been reading a lot of these posts here and there seem to be one common thing; the trading companies are treating the clients extremely poorly and seem not to care about it. Now my question is “Who is to blame on for this?” Is it the trading companies, the CMA or is it US the customers? Think

@mzee it looks like the brokers have capitulated. The stock market has not been doing well and the cost of maintaining staff on the payroll has been too high.

The market is however about to turn and they will be kicking themselves for downsizing.

It will be quite expensive to poach from competition.

@Sparkly I agree with you. But i also think we the customers are to blame. I have seen not one, not two or even three but alot of people say they just gave in (gave up) If we demmand better service we shall get it. Remember we are paying them its not like they do it for no charge. Can't wait till am done with school.. it will be game on.
