On any given trading day I log in/log out a minimum of 15 times with each session not lasting 30mins, 3/15 will be buggy.If you are in cfc get a contact from your main office whom you can rely on getting price quotes with or without activelite.My goal is to buy/sell when I want and a work around is ok. The day I will invest through a local investment vehicle is when am on the board. Major lessons learnt from the past.

I see a lot has happened and talked about since my last post.

Having that in mind I shall answer your questions.
@mwekez@ji the advantages of dealing with EKV opposed to dealing with the principle is that we have a competent team with experience share trading. More-so EKV is very accessible and together with a re-engineered team at Dyer and Blair Investment Bank our focus is to provide you with valuable & profitable service.

Why the terminations? When EKV got an agency with CFC and since we had Retail clients not much could be done as in review of their business model no more business was possible.

@QW25091985,@mwekez@ji & @sparkly Where are they getting people's emails from? Some of our share trading consultants at EKV had clients in CFC some of whom had maintained a long-term relationship. Its in good faith that as they(CFC) moved the accounts to other agencies some clients like to maintain their broker. As such they still maintain there contact person but with EKV.

•One can get the benefits you mentioned (and more) from the principals (save for the restructured CFC).

•On emails and the terminations, wont dig deeper but am sure there is more

The last time i dealt with an agent, my buy orders were not executed for months, i lost all the liqiud cash i had deposited with them and the principal refused to take responsibilty. On my last visit to the agent there was a large padlock on the door and their phones were mteja, till now.

Lucky for me i was young and had just started working. As painful as it was, i pulled myself up and went to the most credible and accountable broker at that time, CSFS.

@Advisory as much as you want to tell us how credible, efficient, hardworking etc you are, we are not that naive. The truth is that most agents are one man shows, lacking in corporate strategies, accountability and internal controls sytems.

CMA does not have enough muscle and teeth to police the brokers, let alone the agents! How.... in jesus name can a firm be allowed to do audit, tax, HR, MIS blah blah and take client's funds same time?

Is the ISP i am using responsible for password changing every now and again? Is the ISP I am using responsible for error messages that the AT is currently unavailable try again later or please call customer care on xyz, is the ISP i am using responsible for locking and ending my sessions with requests to relog
Common CSFS get serious.....

At times I have to delete the cookies (si zaa kukula) from my browser and restart it so as to regain access to the portal.

I'm sure developing a more secure and stable portal is not too difficult.

cfc activelite internet requirements is like online gaming. The ping is very important as it is a real time online application. If your ping is low, the servers either wont let you in, or if you are in they'll kick you out.
A good ping for example is when you are able to stream videos without stuttering.

or be with a broker with an average customer care service who have the best research department around who can give you technical and as well as fundermental reports on event in the market . well your guess is good as mine !
