[quote=Snazzy "i am in the US! so my opinion is better than anyone else."

There's a name for this, its called inferiority complex. You interpreted my statements to mean that, so there's really nothing I can do about it. But thanks for the link, loved it.

Quicksand thanks for the analysis. I put that link up to show that there are powers out there greater than us. Its unfortunate that this was turned into a believers vs non believers debate. My aim was to show people that things arent always what they seem like. Do you think its coincidence Rihanna is posing as the head of Baphomet? And its flashed very quickly so if someone didnt point it out, you wouldnt even have picked it out, but your subconscious mind picked it up and with repetition, it becomes "normal" My problem with them is they choose to trick us into believing their dogma, why sneak in the head of Baphomet for a second? Why not just display it for like a minute? Or better have it as an album cover?
Alma there is no so solution, I just put that up to bring awareness. You are hell bent on casting me as a religious fanatic, this has nothing to do with religion. You can make up your mind for yourself right?
Lolest thanks for getting the gist of my post, thats exactly what I was aiming for, but it was turned into religious bigotry.
And Yesu Wangu thanks for the analysis.

This is not religious bigotry....

Its a case of someone wanting everyone to believe what they believe to be true to be the truth and damn anyone else who doesn't believe the truth as they see it.

Just like some people believe that going to the mganga or jini or kamute will cure them, there are their brethren who believe that being religious will save them from mganga, jini or kamute. Both are cut from the same cloth.

Then there are others who don't believe in any of that shit.

Simple....

Alma you are really frustrating me at this point. Where did I mandate people to believe what I put up? Did I ask anyone to stop listening to the music? You are ignorant, period! You read and interpret things according to your narrow mind. Your main point was I was siding with pastors and regurgitating facts, when there was no mention of pastors or religion for that matter. The sad part, is you actually think you are enlightened. You are the proverbial empty debe, nothing you have posted has anything to do with the original clip, just empty rhetoric of pastors. If it makes you sleep better, I'd rather help a beggar on the street than offer sadaka.

Bii Nabwire, if words on wazua can frustrate you, I wonder what getting stuck in traffic in Nairobi rain will do to you....Sorry, you are in USa only things like symbols and Rihana frustrate you.

Now after all your meandering, do you mind answering any of the questions that were put to you? Or will you go on another diatribe?

Honestly QW you are one funny guy....

Now does anyone here care to answer questions from the ignorant?

Or shall we all just bow down and "believe".

Alma ,let it rest, frank and open discussion is not something a lot of people can stomach.

Here is a story i always think about whenever people tell me about the devil, its fictional but makes a lot of sense and that is why symbols and secret societies never bother me.

After all most artistes are "crazy" and want to be seen to be different.I once heard from someone who smoked an illegal substance that he saw bears flying ,now some of these musicians write music "under the influence" of drugs. They invent crazy stories in order to be seen to be different,i could go on and on

Here is the story....

The boy and the devil- By Paulo Coelho

The boy was walking to buy bread when the mayor of the city crossed the street.

‘The reason he is so powerful, is because, he’s made a pact with the devil,’ a very devout woman in the street told the boy.

Some time later, when travelling to another town, the boy saw a beautiful corn field. He asked who the owner was.
‘All this land belongs to the same man. I’d say the Devil had a hand in that.’ – answered one of the villagers.

At this very moment, a beautiful woman walked past the boy. A priest also saw her and said aloud:
‘That woman is in the services of Satan!’

From then on, the boy decided to seek the Devil out. One day he managed to see him face to face.

‘They say you can make people powerful, rich, and beautiful.’

‘To be totally honest, this is not true’ replied the Devil.
‘You have just been listening to the views of those who are trying to promote me.’

Wendz, there is nothing wrong with the Coca cola ad,i just pointed it out in reference to all the fear going on around about symbols and the "devils work" on this thread. It inspires so much hope, when the world is afraid the world is ending,Africa looks towards the future confidently......

We are worrying about the devil and his work when we should be hopeful for a better future....

@Snazy ----you have been writing a lot but I wonder why you have not responded to something I put across to you, following one of your earlier comments.

DO you mind...............I've pasted it below.

..........
...................................
@Snazzy
You have read the bible cover to cover and you saw that people should not judge?

1 Corinthians 2:15 - But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. KJV.

John 7:24 - Judge not according to the appearance, but judge
righteous judgment. KJV.

I guess you have a very incomplete bible. Maybe you're reading the twisted Illuminati bible.

You claim to have read and UNDERSTOOD the bible. Kindly educate us on the above two verses. (I don't claim to have understood the whole bible)

Proverbs 27:17 - Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.

Sharpen us Snazzy...
.............................................

Too much talk but very littel content.

With all due respect, Snazzy says he/she has read the bible cover to cover and UNDERSTOOD it but cannot respond to the few verses listed above. I think Snazzy, and I honestly don't want to get into a war of words with you or anyone else, but you're a very LEAST informed person.

Not even Paul the writer of several New Testament books came close to understanding the full mystery of God. He said so. Where is it written? - Kindly fetch it from your wide-reading and understanding. (I can quote it just incase it wasn't in the version you read).

To understand the bible, please invite the Holy Spirit of God to Guide and Teach you the ways of God. May the Lord bless you.

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.Proverbs 4:7

Let a man meet a bear robbed of her cubs,Rather than a fool in his folly.Proverbs 17:12

Coolbull, the reason i have ignored your questions is because i am not either of the following.

1.A pastor
2.A theology teacher
3.A spiritual advisor

You are seeking clarification from the wrong person.

I read the Bible out of interest, i am not a religious person just someone interested in how religious people think and see the world around them.

@Snazzy - I totally agree I'm asking the wrong person.

Dear Wrong Person,
It is good you read the bible out of interest. That's a good step than those who prefer to remain ignorant. However, mere reading is not the same as getting understanding of what is read.

Kindly, always seek for understanding before quoting scripture(s) out of context.

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.Proverbs 4:7.

Let a man meet a bear robbed of her cubs,Rather than a fool in his folly.Proverbs 17:12.

May your interest in reading the bible increase and may it come with understanding.

God bless you.

I had laid this thread to rest until I saw these pics. If only we could debate why all these people are covering one eye. You cant tell me just about everyone in the entertainment industry simultaneously thinks its cool to cover one eye. Even sweet Norah Jones? Check out her new album cover! They are obviously puppets, question should be who is pulling the strings and why? I have a curious mind and I wont rest until I find out... hahaha psyke illuminati crew, just kidding...maybe not Laughing out loudly I know all those horror movies are geared to make us scared of the underworld and not ask questions, but im never scared! God's power is greater than theirs!! (Before someone screams you said you're not religious, im not a big fan of organized religion but I do very much believe there is a God)

[quote=Lolest!]Rihanna Curse

The song's reign at number one in the United Kingdom occurred as the region was hit by extreme rainfall and flooding, which led The Sun to humorously suggest the two events were related, with the media referring to it as the "Rihanna Curse." The UK-based publication also highlighted the date of the single's video shot which was Friday the 13th (April 13, 2007), adding further coincidence of the curse. Before the single's release on May 14, the temperature in London, UK was relatively high, reaching 20 °C. However, just a day after the release, "severe weather warnings hit the headlines". An article in The Sun it urged readers to join the campaign to knock the song off the chart's top spot, suggesting to readers several other songs to download instead, all of which shared the theme of sunshine or summer.

A similar situation occurred in New Zealand, where the song hit number one in the early winter of 2007 as the country was experiencing some of the worst storms in its history.During the weather conditions, Taranaki, Tauranga, and Auckland had experienced tornadoes and flooding in the Far North of the country. Once the single was replaced on the top spot, weather condition almost in the entire New Zealand pacified, although Hawke's Bay was still stormy.

The same happened in Romania where "Umbrella" hit the stations in the nation during the summer. That summer was in its first half the hottest and driest period of time in Romania since 1946. As the song reached the top ten and then its number-one peak, the country experienced the worst storms and most pouring rains in its history. As the song was losing positions in the charts, the storm ended and the temperatures lowered step-by-step.

Lolest, now that we have floods in Kenya, wreaking havoc allover, what song can we attribute this to?
