If I was to open such an account,would you know if
they can give me the interest each month or I would have to wait till after 3 months are over?

you are given as a lumpsum at the end of the 3 months if you get the money out earlier, u forfeit the interest.

Meaning he/she will earn less than 4% if they exit in 3 months... Buy kcb and get 8% by june 2012..
