AGM Ongoing: Rights Issue, diversification to Uganda, bonus shares, auditors. I just love this bank. Who else?

No buy-out in Uganda but the new subsidiary shall be from scratch and shall be fully owned by the NIC Group.

The Ugandan Subsidiary shall be called NC bank because the NIC is an insurance public company already registered in Uganda.

The valuation before & after the rights issue offers a compelling argument to buy buy buy at these prices..

At 50bob it will have a P/E of 7... Still lower than the market P/E..

I can't find the 1Q 2012 Results on the website. The NSE website link has information for 2011 not 2012.
